The good news is that the movie finally reached Netflix on October 13th, 2021. Now people can follow the continuation of Violet’s journey to find the meaning of love and find her beloved captain Gilbert Bougainvillea.
The Cast
After the disheartened arson happened on the Kyoto animation studio, many people hoped that this masterpiece will reach the worldwide screen. And thankfully, the first arc (Eternity and auto memory doll) gives a clear answer for the fans. The studio appears to be ready for the Movie and conclude the plot.
Thus, you can expect the same artists and the cast behind the screen. The director for the phenomenal anime movie is Taichi Ishidate and Reiko Yoshida as the screenplay. The Plot
The plot takes a unique intake in its storytelling. While the Violet Evergarden The Movie shows the resolution of Violet’s love and life, but the story highlights a new character, Daisy Magnolia. She is the granddaughter of Anne Magnolia, who used to be one of memorable Violet’s clients. Daisy found her grandmother’s birthday letters that were sent by the late grand-grandmother.
The letter was filled with beautiful wishes and memories, which make Daisy curious about the writer. The revelation shows that the great-grandmother was Violet’s client that asked to write down a letter for 50 years in the future. The story goes back to the fifty years in the past when Violet still looking for her love, Gilbert Bougainvillea.
The man who is Violet’s first and last love was believed to be dead. However, the situation turn as Hodgins found a letter with the handwriting of Gilbert. It later leads Violets and Hodgins to dig deeper into his presence. The Violet Evergarden The Movie later shows Violet’s resolution and heartfelt reunion on a remote island.
Being one of the high-grossing anime from the famous Kyoto Animation studio, people are falling in love with Violet. The touching story from the first movie was ended with no love resolution.
